You have work that matters. The data behind it needs care and attention you don't have time to give it. We build the systems, pipelines, and measurement frameworks that let you stop managing the problem and get back to the work. End to end, from design to delivery, built to keep running after we're done.

Inform Analytics is a small practice led by Dr. Misty Knight-Finley.

Data Pipelines + Integration

End-to-end pipeline creation, audits, and support
+

Your data lives in multiple places. Some of it moves on schedule, some breaks when someone is out, and none of it answers the questions you're asking. We build pipelines that are documented, repeatable, and compliant.

Base engagement
  • Current-state audit of sources, flows, and integration gaps
  • Architecture recommendation with named technology choices and tradeoffs
  • HIPAA, FERPA, or SOC2 compliance review where applicable
  • Phased implementation roadmap with cost estimates
  • 3 to 4 week engagement
Add-ons
  • ETL build, priced by source count, with monitoring and documentation your non-specialist team can maintain
  • Compliance-ready transfer (encryption, SFTP)
  • Dashboard layer
  • 30/60/90-day post-launch support
IDEAL FOR: Healthcare and digital health teams whose data arrives in a different shape every month, whose pipelines break when someone goes on vacation, and whose compliance reviewer keeps asking questions nobody can answer. Not in healthcare? We can still build your pipeline.

Client + Stakeholder Reporting

Cutting-edge automated reports, customized for your needs
+

You have data. You have a deadline. You need someone who can do the underlying analysis and deliver something a funder, a board, and a program officer can all read. We handle everything from the first data pull to the final deliverable.

Base engagement
  • One research question or evaluation theme
  • Up to 20-page narrative OR 12-slide deck
  • Five findings prioritized for your next funder cycle
  • Methodology defensible in any audit
  • One round of revisions
  • 3 to 4 week engagement
Add-ons
  • Additional research questions or variables
  • Additional revision rounds
  • Live presentation of findings
  • Ongoing reporting relationship (quarterly or annual)
IDEAL FOR: Program directors with a board meeting in six weeks, three years of intake data, and no one inside the building who can turn it into a story funders will renew on.

Survey Design + Analysis

Instrument design, validation, and psychometric analysis
+

An instrument going into the field is a commitment. We design, validate, and analyze surveys built to hold up under foundation, federal, and stakeholder scrutiny -- so you're not finding out at validation time that the construct doesn't hold.

Base engagement
  • Audit of an existing instrument (logic, item clarity, validity, attention-check coverage)
  • Item-level recommendation memo
  • 2-week engagement
Add-ons
  • Full instrument build (up to 40 items)
  • Validity and reliability plan
  • Analysis plan delivered with the instrument
  • Pilot data analysis
  • Full psychometric validation report
  • IRB protocol review or drafting
  • Panel sourcing coordination
  • Translation and localization
IDEAL FOR: Nonprofit evaluators and government contractors with an instrument going into the field in 90 days.

FAQ

What do engagements typically cost?

Project engagements start at $1,000. Small engagements typically run $3,000 to $8,000. Fractional and larger builds run $9,500/month and up. Pricing is set on the scoping call from a fixed-fee statement of work. Nonprofit and foundation rates available.

What is it like to work with you?

Most clients say some version of the same thing: they came for one deliverable and left understanding their own work better than before. That's not accidental. We don't just learn your data, we learn your business-- including the funding dynamics, the stakeholders, and the internal politics that shape what's actually possible.

Our work is rigorous and we take it seriously, but we're also genuinely fun to be in a room with. We ask good questions. We bring ideas to the table that have nothing to do with your original ask and sometimes turn out to be the most valuable part of the engagement.

People come back to us because working together feels like having a sharp, invested colleague who already knows your context and actually cares how it turns out.

You'll get more than you paid for. We promise.

Why shouldn't I just use AI to get this job done myself??

AI is part of how we work too. The question isn't whether to use it -- it's whether you have the domain expertise to know when it's wrong. A hallucinated analysis plan or a survey instrument with a broken construct looks fine until it doesn't. We bring a deep understanding of and appreciation for how AI works, but we also know when using it improves quality and efficiency, and when it bogs down creativity and output.

What if scope changes?

Every SOW has a written change-order process. New scope means a new mini-quote approved before work starts.

What's your turnaround for a hard deadline?

Tell me what you need on the scoping call, and I'll tell you whether we can make it work. If we can't deliver on your timeline, we'll tell you what we can complete by then.

Who owns the deliverables?

You do.

Not sure which fits?

Book a scoping call. We'll either align on an engagement or build something custom.
